I watched some videos on how to build up to push-ups. Using risers, focusing on lowering down from plank pose, tucking in your tail bone, and putting pillows underneath you for a push-up assist all seem helpful so I started using some of those aids today. Looks like on the knee push-ups don’t help you build the right muscle to have good form for a full push up.
One up at a time I guess.
