30 push-ups. Mostly on the knees. Now hat I have better upper arm form I can do about one real push up where with my elbows way out I was up to a whole 4! 😅
Also 42” at the waist. My arms are starting to get a little better defined too. I’ve been looking for some cheap small weights so I’m hoping to define my arms even more. I should play around with my color guard flag. The last time I was active I had really toned arms.
