Ugh...my calories are not "exact" today. I stopped at the market and bought a stuffed fillet of salmon. I'm not even sure what it was stuffed with. It wasn't crabmeat this time (I assumed it was). It had tiny shrimp and "I think" a little stuffing. Yeah, not good for me calorie wise, but I think I needed it. I'm sure my weight will be up tomorrow--LOL. Need to get motivated and I just can't. I wish there were an exercise club around here. I belong to a gym, but I want someone to go with, LOL. Going to stay positive.

Jillzee you eat like a bird. LOL! I am sure you will be fine. You are well below your RDI. Most people don't lose a pound a day. More like 1 lb a week! The salmon was probably exactly 420 carbs. I buy the stuffed salmon from Sams Club with the shrimps and that is what Sam's says it is.

Your dinner sounds so good - am sure it contained healthy calories! When I used to go to the gym I'd always go the same days & time. That way I'd meet people who had the same schedule and we'd end up working out together. After a while we'd really get to know each other.

Jilzee just appoint a time to exercise and then set the alarm on your watch or your microwave whatever. When you hear that alarm it is time to just get moving. After a while, it will become part of your schedule. You have to train yourself to change your schedule. Like BuffyBear said, if you go at the same time on the same days you will meet people there and may find an exercise buddy.
