199.6. Went up almost a pound today. I'm not stressing over it. I just started my diet on January 2nd and I figure my body needs to adjust, be stubborn and protest. LOL. I didn't get my walk in yesterday and I only drank one cup of water (instead of the 5 I had gotten up to). My calories were still pretty good and I ate healthy (yogurt,a tspn of p'nut butter on one slice of pumperickel, 2 celery sticks, fresh swai stuffed with fresh crabmeat and 10 oz of wine. I seriously, think/know my problem at this point is exercise. That's the key to everything. I'm looking positively at everything and will continue with the food/calories I've been doing. It's all going to take time :)

Thanks BuffyBear! Maybe this is a good exercise motivator for me--LOL. I was hoping it wasn't going to be another rainy day so I could walk at work, but so far, it is. We have some food shopping to do after work, so I'll make sure I walk hubby around the whole store--LOL

I'm with you .. I need to get exercise in,,, during the summer and fall I rode my bike around the neighborhood for 35-35 minuts.. felt great.. but with time change it is too dark after work... help guilt me into it ~!smile!~

Exercise can be hard to squeeze in, but once you make it a habit, you will find yourself doing it everyday without thinking about it. Sometimes, however, life gets in the way and it doesn't fit in the schedule. Don't sweat it, just get back at it the next day! Keep the great attitude!

Trying to eat very little today. I'm eating, but careful what I eat. I'm hoping to get a little exercise in! We shall see! Hubby is cooking me a fish fillet and I am eating a huge salad I made (no dressing!).
