Rosio I like my fruit and try to eat five pieces a day,(when I am good!)

Excellent foods, not only for hydration! I eat many tomatoes, a good amount of lettuce and not much of the rest (except strawberries when they are in season). But I also drink plenty of water, which is the preferred source of hydration for me.

Keyten I restrict myself to a breakfast and fruit during the day and a evening meal, i find it hard to fit in the necessary veggie, should try harder?
