had a terrible time with drinking at weekend! I enjoyed it though I did feel guilty afterwars but on recolection I m so happy I didnt put any weight on and I did even have a piece of hot fudge cake ! mmm back o the plan agian as onlt have just over 4 pounds to loose!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
