The 'temporary problem' is feeling hopeless. This is never permanent. However, it does return. Please reach out to someone is the real world {Hugs}

Yes, agree with liv! Is there perhaps a crisis line you can call? Here, the local united way has a referral line (united way 211, but i think it may just be local). Or perhaps clergy? We are here but i hope there is someone you can talk to. Sending a prayer your way.

1-800-273-8255 National helpline (usa). I've called them myself a few times. They are very kind and I never felt judged at all. There is an online chat option too on https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/help-yourself/

“Suicide doesn’t end the chances of life getting worse, it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting any better.” From someone whose been on those shoes. Sending love girl!

Read your biography. Look how bad ass you are!! Your a thoughtful wife and aunt. Look how much freaking weight you lost!! Sometimes it’s a struggle to drop a few pounds. You hang in there. You worked way too hard to take the easy way out.

Without knowing what is occurring in your life it is difficult to offer anything but support. You have that from everyone here. If it is diet and weight primarily, hit the pause button and let your mind take a vacation from it. Concentrate on maintaining. You are not alone. I too hope you have some real life support.

We all have a story. I would be tired too after losing 129 lbs, but also proud of myself if I were you! You also must be a carrying person to include being an aunt and wife. Idk your back story, but I know what it is to go from an aunt to taking in nieces and nephew out of a horrible circumstance 😔 I also know how it feels when they go back and it’s not 💯 healthy and better and still worrying....while raising my own children. You are, mentally tired. After losing that amount of weight you would be physically feeling better. You’re probably burnt out physically and emotionally. Totally understandable. Please seek help. You’re clearly stronger than you think you are.

Eliminate the problem. I had posted, "kill the problem", but I realized it might be a person and that would be unacceptable, but you can disassociate with whomever or whatever it may be.

Klynn, if you are thinking about suicide, please call 1-800-273-8255, the national suicide hotline. Also, please talk to someone, a doctor, minister, friend, loved one, anyone you trust. Even though you may not be able to see a way to a better place, you can get there with the help of others. Suicide is not the answer. Please talk to someone TODAY!

Suicide is the worst possible solution. You should know that problems, no matter how long and large, will come on and end. Standing in the face of problems and face and solve them will be stronger. Prayer, meditation, supplication and the closeness of the Lord are the most tiring ways of dealing with the tired. And don't forget Fatsecrt community, support you. And I hope you can get through the trouble soon, pray for you

I was where you are in 97. I tried to take myself out. God had other plans. I was tired of trying to keep my husband's affections. I lost weight. I went from 236 to 150 on my own. He still looked at other women. The problem wasn't me, it was him but I didn't know how to cope with life and I was to afraid to leave. After a treatment center and throwing myself into recovery, I found happiness. I found tools to help me cope with life. I stopped picking up the booze and drugs and used my tools from my recovery program. I dont know what your problem is but I promise there is a way to fix it. Our minds are out to get us if we let them. Please message me and I will give you my phone number 😊😊😁😁😁. God doesn't make junk. We are all his children and sometimes we go down the wrong path. I am here to help.Zclair in Tampa

Clairsheart— My mind is out to protect me. All I have to do is listen and pay attention. My body, my mind and my heart are part of the same team and we are in it to win it.

Kenna, your very fortunate that you have a healthy mind. What I should have said is my mind is out to get me and not our minds. I apologise.
