So last night I got about 2 more hours of sleep; 8 instead of 6 and I feel great! Also I ate about 110 calories over my RDI, but I lost some weight. So I don't know if it was the increased calories or the increased sleep, but I'm loving it!

I also bought a 10 lb bag of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Double Rich Chocolate for $83.25, which is $.52 an oz. The only thing I am worried about is it contains sucralose and I try to avoid artificial sweeteners... but it is one of the last ingredients listed on the package so hopefully it won't be too bad for my health. Normally I would get a 5 lb tub of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Natural Whey, because it has no artificial sweeteners, but that is $.65 an oz. Meaning it would be $105.98 for a 10 lb bag and I am saving $22.73 by buying the one with sucralose in it.

Also I've been neglecting to measure myself, but I remembered this morning!

Weight: 105.4 lbs
Chest: 30.5"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 34"

Week 3 Measurements:
Friday, January 18th, 2013

Weight: 102.8 lbs
Chest: 30.5"
Waist: 28.5"
Hips: 33.5"

PROGRESS!!! :D
102.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great! My friend I go to the gym with is almost to her goal weight maybe 6 lbs away....I keep telling her to measure herself too and I bet she'd see progress.

Thanks iamachristianjesusfreak, I hope I will enjoy it once it gets here, I ordered it from Amazon and I've never tried the flavor, but the reviews said it was one of the best. And who doesn't like chocolate? :) And mntwinsfan, yes your friend should definitely start to measure herself!
