it may take some time but you will. And even if you don't, the feeling after lifting weights it's worth it! Exercise is the best antidepressant! 🤗

I agree. Personally I prefer a strong lady with muscle on her frame that isn't afraid of a power rack or deadlift. Right side all the way.

The goal is to be stronger and healthier at any weight. Don’t wait to be skinny. Start now. Skinny is not the real goal for many— healthier and alive is the goal.

I admit I'm more of a cardio bunny, can't ever seem to get a weight lifting program going or stick with it for long. Last I checked I was about 38% body fat. At my age I can't even comprehend 22%, I'd settle for getting below 30%!

that's what I'm going for now...i was going to wait until i reached goal weight because i thought that's the way you had to do it...but decided to start earlier because I'm realizing i don't really care about getting smaller as much as i care about being less fat looking more toned..so we'll see how it goes.

I’m below 30 but not good enough but I think too thin is worse than too fat I do upper body exercise to burn chest fat but sure it’s building muscle as well never been in a gym but purchased a few minor bits to help me
