Saturday I refueled. When I do this, I have alcohol, I portion control “ junk” n I overeat “real” food.
Today I listen to my body and I only ate a little over 1000 calories (extreme deficit). According to my weekly average, I did not cheat on my diet.

Ps. Since I overeat the same foods I tend to eat (love my diet always eat my favorites ❤️) I have a good idea of oz and caloric amounts

I’ve seen you look at averages and it’s interesting. Last night I looked at mine for the first time really. It was spot on. I was pleasantly very pleased!

Oh yeah that’s cause one day of good eating will not make you lose weight, same as in day of overeating won’t make you gain.

I did the same thing. Ate at cheesecake factory and really went over but knew that since I was still within my goal for the week that I was still on track.

Rosio it took me a while to get used to your “bluntness” in some posts and comments. lol. Sometimes I wonder why we coddle and sugar coat shit? It is what it is. I gained 40lb cuz I was eating too much and not burning enough. With that said you’ve done the damn thing and your doing the damn thing while eating Cheetos and drinking 😂 It’s called life. It’s called balance. It’s called sustainability. Ain’t nobody eating Cheetos for dinner not everyday at least 😂😂😂 Keep rocking sistah!

I see you have a big Breakfast but if you’re trying yo loose weight it’s better to skip it or postponed ig back a few hrs that way your body burns more Fat in a Fasted state. Try this: Breakfast 10am Lunch 2pm Dinner 6pm 9pm Protein Shake

My log time are inaccurate, just cause I log a meal at breakfast time it does not mean I ate it for breakfast

What does that mean? You maybe ate it for lunch? Why do you log a meal when it’s not what you ate at that time? Any reason? I’m a little confused as to why someone would do that? But if there’s a good reason, maybe I’ll do it too!!! LOL

I don’t always log my meals under the correct category either (breakfast etc) I’m more looking for total kcals and my macros. I totally understand you Rosio.
