Tops this am and lost 1pound. The whole tops group lost more than twenty pounds. Then had errands to run and then home.
Went out to spa after supper and exercised for one hour. Spoke to both Angie and Eloise this pm.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
