bought a 5-lb pkg of chicken breasts, cut it up, sautéed it in cooking spray after seasoning and pkg'd it into 4oz serving sizes for use in recipes, chicken salads, etc.

Awesome! Is this something you normally do? I divide all my food up, it really helps with controlling my bad urges...I have to go get another bag of snacks/cheese/veg etc...if I want more!
