So if I eat less than 3500 calories a day, I'm going to lose weight. That seems a bit HIGH!

Yes when u are too big u might want to use another equation

When I was 200 lbs multiplying by 11 Gave me 2200 calories a day, a deficit in my case

But if I were u I would eat that amount, study my body for 2 weeks if lose weight keep going n if I gain decrease calories

I've been eating less than 1600 calories for two months, but I'm gaining (fluctuating).

Not these Fluctuations. It's a 10 pound swing. My MACRO's allow me 2300 calories a day. I'm trying to be aggressive and lose more quickly so I limit my calories to 1600 or less.

for real results u have to have patience! That’s number one. When u have these 10 lbs fluctuations u cheat with carbs?

Patience, yes, but this has been happening for 2 months now. Plus I have less than 20 carbs per day.

Are u sedentary ? I work 7 hrs a day, care for two toddlers, clean and cook, I also work with toodlers and I consider myself sedentary Again, are you sedentary?

My definition of active is a someone that works 8+ hrs and is standing/walking the whole time, goes to the gym at least 1-1.5 hrs and is chasing around his kids

Sedentary - NO. I walk approx. 2 - 5 miles every day. I use my total gym 5 days a week and I do 20 crunches, sit-ups and push ups every day.

Ds 1600 sounds like a deficit, try lifting weight, when u do so u will lose fat while building muscle

Well I walk regularly throughout the day, I'm on the total gym for about 30 minutes and my other exercises take about 30 minutes. I have a treadmill but I'd rather walk outside.

Cardio/walking benefits ur health (heart), u want to loss weight...weights is the answer (not push ups) 🏋️‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️
