Yes, it’s an adjustment like anything... but I believe in the process so I’m relaxed

Good job! I find that I’m leery of eating too much. I don’t want to stretch the stomach back out but some meals are lower calorie and I eat more. Other meals are high calorie so I have small portions then hungry later :/. That said... I didn’t use portion control at all at dinner when I saw the whole meal was 950! I ate about 3/4 and still within my daily goal. Knew it was coming so ate light today. Could have eaten it all but again, afraid to stretch out the stomach and I was full, just not as satisfied as I’d have liked lol.
