Will definitely continue my lifting sessions at home, but I know I must eat a little more 😋

If you are an average woman, not using steroids, lifting weights will not cause you to gain weight. Gaining ten pounds of muscle naturally (this is the voice of past experience) would require using heavy weights with low reps TO FAILURE, with a careful eye to protein content and rest days and careful order of exercises. It's simply not that easy. Lifting light weights will help tone and shape, perhaps gain a little muscle, but I would be shocked if you put on poundage. If you were that much an mesomorph, you'd know it by now! (Mesomorphs tend to put on muscle easier than average).

I don’t want to be thinner so I have to eat more, but my brain 🧠 has to get it together and accept that I will increase my calories to 2000 a day
