It’s a process so have patience peps lots of patience. We did not make our self’s fat in one day, we will not make ourselves slim in one day either 🙃

Good post. I think Lyle Mcdonald calls the point when your body finally releases the water the "woosh". Trust the numbers everyone. Stick to the plan and you will see the results.

i know this cycle all too well...and the low carb community call it the "whoosh" cause you lose like 4lbs over night one day lol
