I'm down 11 lbs and this was the conclusion of an hour long upper body workout. I'm starting to see subtle changes in my arms and upper abdomen. This app is great to help me keep things under control regarding my caloric intake, I'm running a caloric deficit daily by working out in the gym every other day and doing cardio every night after dinner. I'm usually walking 3-4 miles at the end of the day, taking qtr mile laps over and over again.
