If u got to get “back on The horse” every week, gosh even every month, ur diet is not working 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ the sooner u face this, the sooner u find ur best diet 😏

I eat delicious calorie dense foods every week 😏🤤👌🏼 but my norm is to still keep my calorie count at/around maintenance. This is what it takes for me to be my size 😢, soooooo worth the sacrifices 💁🏻♀️

I think this is the difference between "dieting" and having a way of eating (WOE). for me the way of eating is just what I do everyday to stay in my plan. I pay attention to my body and how I feel - and I adjust accordingly. it isn't a big ordeal, just staying the course. thanks for all your informative posts.
