Just went to Dairy Queen with the family and didn’t get anything for myself. Didn’t even want it. Went to the movies a few days ago and didn’t have any popcorn. Wasn’t even tempted and I normally love popcorn. I could almost live on it.
I think being horribly depressed has a benefit of not caring if I eat, so when I actually do get around to having something I can usually make better choices.

I’m glad you made good food choices but I hope you feel better about yourself soon. Depression is so debilitating. Take care and be kind to yourself. I also hate seeing myself in the mirror but that’s why we are here and what we are working towards. Have a good day!!

Thanks guys. I am feeling a bit better today and had a bad eating day but I’m ok with that. Tomorrow I’ll be back on track.
