Just went to Dairy Queen with the family and didn’t get anything for myself. Didn’t even want it. Went to the movies a few days ago and didn’t have any popcorn. Wasn’t even tempted and I normally love popcorn. I could almost live on it. I think being horribly depressed has a benefit of not caring if I eat, so when I actually do get around to having something I can usually make better choices.
