(I know for some of us is harder, look at me took me 2 yrs and a half to find the flexible diet n 6 months to lose the stubborn weight I could not lose with low carb diet)

For some people, it's easy to lose weight..... for others, a multiplicity of confounding factors can make it extremely difficult. You have worked very hard and are to be congratulated and commended, but it's much harder for some people than it was for you or me. Keep going strong in maintenance! You look healthy, happy, and beautiful!

It took me 3 yrs, I lost .5 a week... like I said if loosing weight is hard, maintening that loss is 100x harder
