Ok...now that I realized that I am eating roughly 2500 calories a day, I want to see how little calories I can eat without changing my intake.

Trying to get my friends to join. I think this is a pretty cool website to atleast track what I eat. If I can just switch from pork sausage to turkey sausage, then maybe I will begin to lose weight.
