I’ve discovered that if I fast two days a week for 24 hours I can lose 2 kilos a week! I don’t feel hungry or stressed on the fast days and I don’t over-indulge on the other days, it’s a good formula for me.
231.7 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
