Been missing work due to not feeling well at all for the past few days...Fever is finally coming down but I'm still having joint pain...[Working retail is hard at times and I really just wish that people would try harder not to cough and sneeze directly at me when we're only a few feet apart]... Enough with the whining and complaining! ANYWAY, the DASH diet is going well and I plan on getting back to exercising once this ailment has passed. Have a great day everyone!
