Can't wait to be able to go for long walks. Still in PT for bursitis. No matter what I eat (and I am eating healthfully) I can't lose at a reasonable pace without exercise.
My friends who can exercise I encourage you to DO IT. You will reap rewards!!!
178.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
