it seems my body decided to detoxify itself today. but I'm doing pretty good with an new exercises app that gives quick 10 to 20 minute workouts to do.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
