Low Carb : under 50 grams a day Low Cal : Under 1500 a day
I have some flexibility in my eating. I don't worry about going over a little here and there. It helps to eat a little bit more to avoid the binging. Working hard on trying out new lower carb recipes: banana nut bread,breading made with crushed pork rinds and parmesan cheese on anything, roasted veggies, some spiralizing and what ever else I find
