Finally after 5 months of stagnation I’m starting to lose again. I joined a kickboxing class and it has really helped. To be honest I had actually gone back up to 345 but was to embarrassed to document it. I’m back on track.
330.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Back on track is good. I love the boxing moves. Not that great on the coordination but I try.
