51 g of protein 👍🙌 do you go bunless or all in😊? I usually do Wendy’s bunless and it does boost my protein but I still have to do GNC protein powder to get it decent for the week. I eat really good but can’t seem to get a good handle on it. Btw add bacon to the double qp😉😉😋 I have not had one probably in like 5 months. I had only been here about a month before eating one and I felt awful, but I had completely also shocked my body into a different woe which was pretty much how I eat now but I was not eating enough at all. Love this place because I learn so much here.

I usually just get a regular QP and fries. On that particular day I had the double QP and no fries. I always eat the bun unless I'm over in calories and have to choose one or the other...or if it's late in the day. I get 80-90% of my carbs in before I lift and try not to eat many more afterwards until the next day.

Nice 👍 I can’t wait to be able to exercise again. 8 weeks ugh😩 I had just started my little kettle bells before my surgery and was doing my squats. Can I just tell you though that those little 5 pound bells each hand had me unable to lift my arms a few days later🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😂😂 I did a lot of reps and worked both arms in every direction they would go but I was like that’s sad lol

Don't push it. Rest up and try to keep up your motivation! That's what would probably be the hardest. Get healed and then kick ass.
