On this keto diet, doing IF, yet I’m still gaining weight!??
199.2 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your trend is gaining weight? There will be up days for sure. Those are normal but the trend should be losing. Just make sure you measure your carb foods, and drink lots of water. Hope you will see a weight drop again. It usually comes off the next day

I’m not sure if it has to do with being on my period AND doing keto, but the scale has only gone up for the last 7 days

I think you have to be really careful with intermittent fasting. You risk putting your body in starvation mode and then it will pack on fat like it’s preparing for a famine. So if you are gaining weight I would strongly suggest no more fasting, maybe increase your average daily calories for a while too.
