Recording this weigh in even though I know it’s put water weight I’ve lost from a cleanse. I’m 6 days keto today and it’s not nearly as bad as the first time around. I feel like I can actually accomplish this diet with the results I wanna see and more motivated than ever.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
