Well here I am 5 weeks into this diet experience and I've lost 9.5lbs. so anious to see 179...been a while since I've seen the 70s!! I am also trying to get to 170 by March 31. OK....diet buddy we gotta keep going toward that mark!

Don't know why I can't get over a pound a week but slow and steady wins the race here I guess. Watched the game last night and only had coffee and a Weight Watchers little cake.

I know the feeling you wanting to see 179. I JUST want to see 199-- just getting under 200 will be a milestone for me. That will make me happy. I always remember the saying-- "How do you eat an elephant, just take small bites". Just losing every week, no matter how little, is a big accomplishment. Good Luck to you.

You are doing fabulous! It's better to lose a pound a week and be able to live your life with enjoyment, than try do all kinds of crazy things for a 2 or 3 lb loss. Keep up the good work!
