Hi guys just joined this evening as i decided i really need to get back to the shape i was in last year but i've just gotten so weak this year absolutley no willpower whatsoever to stop eating so much rubbish.
Didn't have a great/healthy day today ate so much shit and there only half hour ago after eating about five bars all within ten minutes. I really really need to tackle late night feasts so much especially chocolate but i just can't seem to no matter how hard i try :(

On the whole eatin after 7 thing, I dont have any tips but drink FLUIDS ; water, tea, stuff like that....sometimes thats the only way i dont cave in.
