two days off and i tired mini cheese cakes r great so was the dinner i made last nite however i was the only one big storm killed the house its just bad hungry but not hungry twelve hours saturday at work ill take left overs
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
