i pretty much let myself down this week, i let one person get under my skin and ofcourse i grabbed everything i could shove in my mouth cause it made me feel better. /stress has not been my friend ,butwhen i get pissed off i eat to calm down. there has got to be a better way! i will start over again one day at a time and hopefully do better

sounds like u need a replacement. When you get stressed you should work out and take out ALL your aggression on the machine, pavement, punching bag. It changes your routine and gives you a different reliever. Hope it helps
