So I've been doing really well this last week. I haven't been able to get on here and record all my food, but the only carbs that have passed my lips have come from green veggies and a tomato. In this week I have lost 5lbs! Hooray!!
Today I baked chocolate chip cookies (gluten,and refined sugar free) for the kids to take to the beach since it is Independence Day. I thought I would have the control after the last week to not have one. NOPE. And I couldn't eat just one you know...
Now back to the plan! At least the few I had can't unto the entire 5lbs! :D
