I am a Christian, proud military wife, SAHM to four girls, crossfitter, and all around eager to learn everything there is to know about food and exercise and how they relate to our bodies and being healthy. I am fascinated with Paleo/Archevore diet and absolutely LOVE CrossFit. I try to get to the gym no less than 3 times a week, my goal is to go at least 5 days. One day, I WILL compete among the fittest in the world by making it to the CrossFit regionals wherever/whenever that may be.
