Only day 2 and I'm already struggling. Treated myself to a nice big protein-rich breakfast so I'm not even hungry but I'm still CRAVING FrootLoops. Bread, sugar, milk..pretty much the only three things this diet won't let me touch and already I can't stop thinking about the sweet and crunchy little rings of diet-ruining goodness. Just need to do something else.. stay occupied until I forget all about it...
