started diatomaceous earth yesterday 6/30/12
took one rounded tablespoon in a bottle of water and later did it again. also took metamucil. this morning I had two large BMs.

167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb. Still to go: 7.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
