A positive day with many victories. I started the day at the gym, did weight training after a 2 week hiatus due to a medical procedure. A great session with my therapist, gaining valuable insight into my feelings and how I need to experience them instead of eating them. A very helpful "call of clarity" with Lindee Lou that helped my process what I learned today and she also reminded me I can never be separated from God's love. My eating was in check as I planned. I ate a few too many bites of roasted chicken as I was putting it away. I quickly recovered by reminding myself that I was full. I "closed" the kitchen tonight and told myself that it was not open for business!
