I know this looks like I gained, but I was heavier than this and too embarrassed to record it, so it is a small victory.
three things have happened that are good. 1) I got a gym membership. I can leg press 315 lbs lol. 2) I've started running again. because of foot health issues, I'd skipped a few weeks, but I'm back on track with it. 3) I joined roller derby. 2-3x/week I'll be running around in skates. it was quite the workout.
hopefully between these three things, I'll be able to start losing fat.
as far as food goes, I'm so bad. I haven't been recording food out of shame... few veggies, high carbs, I've been impulse eating, boredom eating... I need to get back into the swing of recording!
