I felt okay about my weigh in this moring. It was lower than i had honestly anticipated. Walked 6 miles today! Was going to ride the bike to town but it had a flat tire so i walked instead. NEVER again will I walk like that again if I am going to continue doing kickboxing classes on mondays! Today was my first class and WOW! I ache all over but am so proud of myself for doing it and not wimping out. And i loved that it was all women. Make something that could have been awkward a little more comfortable. I think I will definately be back next week! The muscles used and the calories burned actually make me a little excited to go back next week :) We'll see if i still have the same sentiments in the morning :)
