Tuesday was bad, I cant rember what I ate for breakfast but it was within guidelines. I didn't eat lunch like usual but it was like 10:30 before I was able to eat dinner which I made lie carb piazza and that was within the plan. I only ate about one cup cucumber so only got two veggie carbs. Ate one serving of pistachios. Only got in 30 mins at gym too so I gotta get them veggies in today!!
