Last week I started using this app to track myself while I am using the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living nutritional products. Today I am only 2 calories over, while last week I was nearly 200 calories over. I'm committed to tracking and healing the stagnant lifestyle I had been living.

Good for you. Thank tracking is important because it promotes mindfulness as to what you are doing and knowledge as to how much. IMO knowledge is power in the effort to get healthier. Keep it up!
