Been a while since I checked in here but my diet efforts have still been happening and I started cycling for exercise, I bought myself a nice Trek Hybrid bike and it's really fun and easy to get good exercise with it :)
205.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
