Good morning, Sunday Fun Day!

Needless to say this will be a trying day. But I am going to try to stick to the plan. No carbs, well, bad carbs, anyway.

We're going to brunch this morning at Chequers. It's a great restaurant here in Atlanta. I've checked out the menu and made my plan of attack. Here are some great options: Green salad, tomato mozarella salad, boiled spiced shrimp, apple smoked bacon, omelette station, chicken piccata and grilled asparagus and fresh seasonal vegetables. Yum! Living in the south, it's a good thing I don't like grits because they serve them everywhere! And the dessert table? Well, good thing I don't eat sugar anyway.

After we've endulged there, we'll be headed to the pool. Not very excited because I don't want to be seen in a bikini. The 5 lbs I've gained has really made a difference on my body. I will wear the cover up on for as long as possible.

I have to remind myself it's only temporary. 9 months to the wedding and I plan on being a solid size 4! Who am I kidding, maybe a 6, I am finding that as I get older, this is just not that easy anymore.

All things aside, I get to spend the next 2 days with my honey, a rarity for us since he is in the restaurant business and works horrendous hours. But I am working on fixing that, more on that front later.
