HELP, I NEED A BUDDY. I JUST JOINED AND HAVE ALOT TO LOSE.LIFE IS TO SHORT FOR US TO CUT IT SHORT,BECAUSE WE ARE OVERWEIGHT.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA TO KEEP ME ON WEIGHT WATCHERS?

Hi - I've been on weight watchers for a month - I just make sure I go to meetings! and focus on eaach weeks weigh in. I've also tried to use the core plan which goes by intinct rather than points - its less stressful and i found I lost more just using my intuition and commonsense. I think work out buddies or a walking group is important too...

I'll be your buddy Destiny! I have a lot of weight to lose too. I have been on WW's before, and with lots of determination and support--YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT! Drink the water--it helps!! You don't have to exercise vigourously (I hate exercise) but you can take a couple of short walks-or one nice 20 minute walk a day. As you start to lose, you will have more energy and will perhaps feel ready to do more exercise. The two biggest ideas in WW's that will lead to your success is--journaling and drinking the water! If you journal--you will actually see all the foods that you are consuming. You will see the points add up--and will be more aware of what you need to do to keep yourself on track. When you first diet with WW's much of what comes off first is the water weight. Drink lots of water to lose it ( I know that sounds funny that you have to drink water to lose the water!) but it works! Good luck!!
