battling recovery is hard, anybody who looks at me or my weightloss progress wouldn't think anything is out of kilter but it's been a hard battle and it's a slippery slope. Gaining a lot of weight and then falling back into addictive disordered eating habits to lose it all and more, illness from malnutrition, battling relapses, dealing with stress and dental damage from new bad habits...it's a rollercoaster ride from hell and the slope is very slippery again. I just hope I can keep a half a handle on it this time round until the demons are back behind bars where they can rattle their cages in the dark where nobody can see or hear them, not even me.
