I've fallen away from this. Now a couple things have become clear. First, though I am a stay-at-home-mom, my at home employment puts me in front of the computer for up to ten hours a day, and even though I play with the kids and chase them quite a bit, it's not enough. Second, I have to do a lot more in my mid 30's to lose and maintain target fitness than I did in my late 20's. I'm heavier now than I was before I got pregnant with my first child, who is now six.

You may want to check out bodyrock.tv I am a stay at home mom too, and it's hard for me to get out and do much, but it only takes 12 minuts a day 5 days a week, and I have never been stronger. It's a high intensity interval training. I really like it, and the small amount of time it takes is definitly a bonus!

I work from home and spend ALL DAY in front of my computer. And, like you, I'm heavier than when I got pregnant with my first (now age 4) and in my mid-30s, so it's tough to lose the weight. That said, keep it up and I'm rooting for you! I'm am SO looking forward to getting into the 100s (~208 now), then to 185 (weight at the beginning of my first pregnancy), then 165 (weight when I met my hubby), then below 153--my goal! We can do it. Sending you encouragement!
