Had a good workout finally since starting Keto. Anyone else out there do OMAD? I always look forward to my dinner.

(My first though was potatoes... but I figured it couldn't be so on keto lol so.i had to ask!) Probably just my daydreaming - I miss potatoes so sometimes I imagine them 😂😂😂

I wish they were sweet potatoes...I love them and they are so good for you, except on keto haha. Go figure

Some day when I get to my goal weight, sweet potatoes will once again have a place in my life :) a smaller place haha but a place !

Haha yeah! Well it's kind of a mix all, it's chicken breast, turkey burger, beef hotdog, covered in cheese and chili queso and mayo haha. It was good!
