I knew the holidays and the Welcome party would be problematic. I gained 5 pounds! But since - I've lost a couple too. Still one pound over my goal - will do a 24 hour water fast either today or tomorrow.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
